Yes, I Know

Yes, I've seen the news reporting Hasbro has applied for the Rom trademark . . . again.  I haven't had time to investigate yet to see if this really differs from the previous time or if this is merely progress, but will hopefully do so soon.

    I've never looked at a trademark .gov page before but the only thing interesting I could pick off of this ROM one ( http://tsdr.uspto.gov/documentviewer?caseId=sn85773325&docId=APP20121110070839 ) is the description "Toy action figures and toy robots convertible into other visual toy forms" ...Hmm!
